Focus on Legal Cooperation
CILC's newsletter 'Focus on Legal Cooperation' is published twice a year. It contains news about CILC and information about issues relevant to international legal cooperation. This spring issue's front page article is dedicated to the "Balkans Enforcement Reform Project".

Enforcement and Enforceability
The ambition of this book is to contribute to the efforts devoted to the comparative study and research in the area of enforcement. The book aims at supplying a number of perspectives on the development of enforcement practices and structures, mainly in Europe. The articles are written by experts from legal academia and professionals involved in enforcement practice. New trends are highlighted by pointing to the contrasts of static, slowly changing traditional perspectives, and the dynamic trends of reforms that may be observed throughout the various jurisdictions under discussion. 

Most of the ideas collected in this book were presented, discussed and further developed at the fourth Public and Private Justice Course and Conference entitled "Enforcement, Enforceability and Effectiveness of Legal Protection" which was held at the Inter-University Centre in Dubrovnik from 25 to 29 May 2009.
